1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tannen Outdoors website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Tannen Outdoors, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Tannen Outdoors reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings without prior notice.

4. Purchase & Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful placement of your order.

Tannen Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Tannen Outdoors products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. All items are made to order, meaning each piece is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the defect within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, illustrations, text, product images, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Tannen Outdoors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from Tannen Outdoors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tannen Outdoors and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arkansas.

Tannen Outdoors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
