From our print partners to your doorstep — here's how it works

Our Process

Made to Order

Every Tannen piece is printed and produced after you place your order. We use a print-on-demand model because we believe in reducing waste — no overstock sitting in warehouses, no unsold inventory heading to landfills. Each item is made just for you.

This means your order takes a bit longer than traditional retail, but what you get is a freshly made, quality-checked garment produced with care. We think the wait is worth it.

Processing Time

3–5 business days for production. During this time, your item is printed, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before it ships.

Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

All shipping times are estimates in business days and begin after the production period is complete.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

Our Policy

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Tannen gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost to you

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you get what you ordered.
